Thank you for your participation!

The recruitment campaign is over.

If you have any questions about the pilot project, please write to us at nova35-EV-charging-station@hydroquebec.com.

Call for expressions of interest

Do you have a Level 2 (240-volt) electric vehicle charging station installed at home? Are you interested in taking part in a pilot project that aims to understand electric vehicle charging habits at home and test effective energy management strategies? To thank you for your participation, you’ll receive an Electric Circuit charging credit of between $125 and $250.

Did you know? When you charge your vehicle during peak consumption periods, it puts additional pressure on Hydro-Québec’s grid when demand is already at its highest. By changing your habits, particularly those related to charging your vehicle, you could save on your electricity bill and help spread out electricity demand more evenly.

Hydro-Québec wants to work with motivated customers to test a range of technologies and approaches designed to use energy efficiently and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

By participating in a Nova 35 pilot project, you, too, could become an active player in the energy transition! Hydro-Québec is deeply committed to the energy transition and would like to understand what conditions encourage individuals to adopt new technologies. We also want to assess the impact of these technologies on the power system in order to prepare for their large-scale deployment.

Candidates whose profiles match the desired criteria will receive more details about the project.

Thank you for your interest in Hydro-Québec!
